The Board regrets that lot fees will need to be increased to $80 per lot per year in 2025, due to increased maintenance costs.  A late fee of $5.00 will be assessed if the lot fee is not paid by February 15th.  Checks or money orders should be made payable to Mine Mountain Property Owners Association, Inc., or MMPOA.
