Join us for our Spring Workday on Saturday May 3rd, 2025. Meet at Shawnee Lake at 9:00 am. Bring gloves, rakes, and a chainsaw, if you have them. Other tools will be supplied. We'll work for about two hours on the roads, ponds, and picnic areas, and then enjoy a picnic lunch, provided by the MMPOA Board of Directors. The Spring Board of Directors meeting will take place immediately after lunch. All MMPOA members are welcome to attend the meeting.
The MMPOA ByLaws were revised in September 2023. Click on the link below for an updated copy
Virginia law requires all lot sales in a property owners' association to include a disclosure packet. Disclosure packets may be requested via email to mmpoa.info@gmail.com. Allow 14 days for processing.
Beginning in 2024, the Mine Mountain Newsletter will be published once per year in August
